Two views of a Manila Suburb (probably Malate) and an Ilocano couple in their native attire, on one sheet, from the ‘Voyage Pittoresque Autour du Monde’, undertaken by the famour French explorer of the first half of the 19th Century. He spent a considerable time in the Philippines and published many images which till todate remain as exciting as ever.
