We are the first and only gallery in the Philippines dedicated to antique prints and books printed before 1900, with a special focus on Filipiniana and the rich history of the Philippines.

Since opening our doors in 1995, we have grown into an internationally recognised specialist in original historical printed material relating to the Philippines, with works dating back to the 16th century. Over the past 30 years, we have had the privilege of helping collectors, scholars and history enthusiasts discover remarkable pieces that tell the story of this region.

Our collection spans six centuries and includes antique maps, prints and views of the Philippines and Southeast Asia. Whether you are a seasoned collector or simply curious about the past, you will find a thoughtfully curated selection that rivals leading galleries anywhere in Asia and beyond.

In 2021, responding to growing interest, we added modern hand-crafted globes by COLUMBUS to our collection, beautiful statement pieces that are otherwise difficult to find locally.

Like many international galleries, we also offer complementary services including acid-free, museum-style conservation matting and framing, picture frame hanging systems, and non-reflective glass and acrylic glazing. These are sourced through our sister company, Rudolf Lietz, Inc., a direct importer, allowing us to serve fellow galleries, contractors, interior designers and private clients alike.

We are especially proud to share that the Gallery of Prints has been accepted as a member of the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association (ABA), the first and only member in the Philippines, and one of only a few in Southeast Asia.

Founded in 1906, the ABA is the leading authority in the United Kingdom and Ireland for reputable antiquarian booksellers. Affiliated with the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB), it is recognised worldwide for its strict ethical standards, scholarly integrity and dedication to preserving printed heritage.

As a member, we stand alongside dealers who are committed to:

  • Preserving cultural heritage through rare books and fine prints
  • Upholding the highest scholarly and ethical standards, guaranteeing authenticity, honesty and professionalism
  • Participating in a global network of booksellers, collectors and institutions

This membership affirms our commitment to international standards in antiquarian bookselling and strengthens our dedication to preserving the artistic and literary heritage of the Philippines and the wider region.

Above all, we are grateful to our community, patrons and partners who have supported us over the years. We warmly invite visitors of all ages, especially young people curious about how artists once saw and portrayed the Philippines, to step inside and experience something rather special:

A museum where you can buy what hangs on the walls and rests in the vitrines.

We look forward to welcoming you.
