VERY RARE copper engraving map from “Atlante Novissimo Che Contiene Tutte Le Parti Del Mondo”, Italian edition; This map is attributed to Dutch bookseller, publisher, and cartographer Isaak Tirion (1705 – 1765) – omitted in this cartouche which shows 1748 in an old hand. It is significant for the great detail of cities, villages, mountains, rivers, and islands.
